• he noted that their docs are old and slightly out of date • they use Netdespatch for C&C • process to onboard someone onto C&C is complex • seller needs to get labels from Netdespatch • sellers see on average 30% uplift in sales with C&C | | | Dani,Alena&Matt | Need to accomodate for: • Enteprise sellers using their own OMS - if Hemi integrates with Netdespatch, how do we pass the C&C Netdespatch label onto the client so they can print it? (number of considerations - how would they separate such orders? do we pass the actual label? do they integrate to netdespatch etc.) • Sellers using Hemi directly for OMS - need to have a way to print the label from the UI directly |

- [ ] 1. Matt will provide all the technical documents relating to net dispatch to Alena and Dany
- [ ] 2. Matt will discuss with Netdispatch regarding any metapack integration and confirm this to pentagon team
- [ ] 3. Matt will introduce Netdispatch team to Alina, Dany and Sekhar so that we can start having right debate around what options can be considered
- [ ] 4. Sekhar/Matt/Santosh will setup a catch-up with Netdispatch and Pentagon team
