API changes and notes 28.11.2016 - Tracking

Dear Partner Seller, 

Cdiscount Marketplace started to enable the order tracking information flow one month ago. The information was available through :

  • The Cdiscount Customer space, 
  • Your seller shop, 
  • The “orders API”.

In order to ensure the best “orders API” performance, we have decided to disable the order tracking information flow in the API.

The order tracking remains available on your seller shop and on the Customer space for your customers. We remind you that you must imperatively inform a correct parcel tracking number if this option is proposed by your shipment choice. 

Regarding the orders taken care of by Cdiscount Fulfilment, the tracking order information remains available on all channels, including the “orders API”.
