| Integration | Matt | API or FTP based. API would be used (better than their FTP one, faster and no restrictions on what types of updates can be done). Products can be created - barcode is the primary key. Once product is created, the barcode or SKU can be used for product identification. |
Images to be sent as URLs, they store them on their server. Listing feeds update pricing & shipping. Stock levels can be updated via API too. Orders - via API, 1st need to be acknowledged, then shipped. including tracking where avail. Refunds & cancellations - to be discussed further once we review their docs. | | Maplin | Kieran | Kieran currently working with Maplin to relaunch them via FTP - this will now move to API via Hemisphere. |
