Etsy integration flow
Description
Purpose of this document is to describe how the integration with Etsy is working within WeArePentagon Technology.

Authentication
Within WAP technology there is a space for users with Administrators access only where the user can add their needed details in order to perform the authentication process to Etsy's API. Those details are obtained according to the guideline provided by Etsy.
After the details have been obtained they are added within the system as described on the screenshot.
There are fields for:
- Shop ID
- Customer Key
- Customer Secret Key
- Request Token
- Request Token Secret
- Login URL
- Verifier code
- Access token
- Access Token Secret
- Update shipping templates - this is an option used for Updating listings not for Authentication
- Notice of attribution
Listing creation
In WAP Technology users have the option to create all the information for their listings before it's pushed to Etsy.
User has the ability to specify:
- Title
- Imagery
- Quantity
- Price
- RRP
- Category
- Description
- Listing specifics(both for specific item and variation options)
These fields are being populated for each product created in WAP Technology.
- Delivery template
As the Delivery template can be assigned to a lot of listings it's set up as a template in WAP Technology.
Orders download
Order data is stored in the system and looks like is represented on the screenshots:
On the first screenshot you can see:
- general order data
- buyer e-mail address
On the second screenshot you can see:
- buyers shipping address
- tracking information
On the third screenshot you can see:
- buyers billing details(if they have not been received from the Etsy then the system replicates the shipping details)
Products in order
Attached to each order in WAP Technology user can find the products that were ordered.
Orders fulfilment
For the fulfilment of orders within WAP Technology user can input carrier and tracking number.
