Improvements
- Analytics: added columns for custom fields in .csv and .xls files;
- Sharing: renamed the Sharing field to CC on the ticket page and the external subscribers are highlighted with red;
- Canned Responses: added alphabetical sorting in the list;
- Dashboard: reverted the page back to the agent interface.
Bug Fixes
- Support Channels: the feature to connect several languages forums was broken;
- User Permissions: fixed multiple issues while editing agents' and teams' permissions to access the forum's agent interface;
- Analytics: fixed issue with building a report with the "Replies" metric;
- Signature: the image in the agent's signature was broken in the outgoing emails.
