Improvements
- Mailing Log: improved spam folder.
Bug Fixes:
- Knowledge Base: when leaving a note, category was dropped to uncategorized;
- Reports: filters didn't work correctly when you were located on forums;
- Live Chat: sometimes scenarios didn't get into the correct chat;
- Mass Edit in Reports: sometimes you could get error message when trying to update multiple tickets;
- Telegram: there was no texts sent when user did it along with images.
