- Manage Metadata: new application to manage community portal metadata in more advanced way.
- Business Hours: now statistics is more accurate that is based on support agent time zone;
- Mailing: improved replies in tickets that were sent via Exchange server.
- Chatbot: sometimes submission of updated scenario wasn't possible;
- Multi Step Form: fixed couple of issues with required conditional fields;
- Canned Responses: in live chat triggering canned responses worked not properly.
