New Features
- Multi-Step Form: now you can enable application to use multi-step feedback or contact form;
- Reports: by clicking on number next to inbox you can display all unread requests;
- Activity Log: now you can check activity log on topic or ticket right from change log in request options.
Improvements
- Reports: improved performance on loading requests in reports in Agent UI;
- Agent UI: now links entered in input field can be opened with special link without copy/paste process.
