- Canned Responses: added possibility to send canned responses with attachments in chats along with their preview option in desktop version;
- Lock Replies: previous chats or tickets are opened in new tab and icon is unclickable when objects are locked permanently.
- Full name of account was changed when a user filled out the form in chatbot scenario via widget;
- First Reply Time in Performance metrics was not calculated when agents joined chat manually;
- Connecting to operator message did not disappear in chat widget when agent was set responsible and reply was sent;
- Inbox and On Moderation reports were misplaced in Available for All section of Manage Report section after modifying them;
- Fix of the Join Chat function when agent switched between chats in the left navigation bar;
