Bug Fixes:
- Jira Integration: fixed issues due to changes in Jira API;
- Business Hours: fixed issue with online/offline statuses;
- Automation: fixed issue with smart assignment of agents if noone was selected in the list;
- User Profile: filter on recent activity didn't work correctly.
