- Smart Assignments: in triggers and reports now you can use delayed assignments so agents will be assigned tickets when they get online;
- Chat Notifications: added extra options to control sound notifications in chats/tickets;
- Mass edit: now you can use macros and mass replies on mass edit only if you have custom mailbox in the system.
- Search: now in agent ui you can use basic search to find users by custom fields values.
- Agent UI: fixed issue with left navigation.
