Improvements
- Online/Offline agents: now availability popup for tickets/chats is displayed automatically when setting online status.
Bug Fixes
- User segmentation: removed double grouping when we grouped segment by some field;
- Online/Offline agents: there was issue with triggering popup when you had only 1 request type;
- Multi-level fields: on user side multi level fields were hard to select extra options;
- Reporting: fixed issue with rating condition to select less or more than specified rating.
