- Smart Assignments: improved understanding and logic of smart assignment setup;
- Reports: added option to group report by user custom fields of select type;
- CSAT: improved csat form in the widget;
- Emails: now new email form has only those mailboxes to be used, where agent has permissions to.
Bug Fixes
- Live Chat: when chat was locked, no separator was shown between note and reminder;
- User Note: updating user note created duplicate of the entry;
- User Bar: guest shouldn't have right bar at the request page;
- Permissions: fixed issue when we made agent to be user, assignments were not updated correctly;
- Widgets: fixed issue with displaying multiple widgets on the screen;
- Multi-forums: fixed issue with logos in newly created communities;
- UI: there was issue in pasting links to inputs in all popup when using MACOS.
