Each anonymous visitor now gets a unique Guest profile, allowing agents to identify and differentiate individual guests.
The system automatically records a unique ID, IP address, and country, and displays this information in the user profile for better tracking and management. - Added Search Functionality Inside Dropdown Fields (near Submit button)
Agents can now search within dropdown fields (such as Team or Responsible) to quickly find the right option.
A small search bar appears inside the dropdown, allowing agents to type and filter values instantly for faster form submission.
