Improvements

  • Method UR.openChatWidget('The message added to input, while opening the chat') will start a new chat, if the previous has been locked
  • Removed "#" hashtag sign for displaying Object ID as a column's value
  • Renamed "First Reply Time" in Analytics to "Assignment to First Reply". This way statistics shows "First Reply Time" since creation, but Analytics since Assignment
  • Renamed "Average Reply Time" in Analytics to "Assignment to Average Reply".

  • Fixed trigger with the source "Customer Portal"
