Improvements
- Editor. We completely reworked the editor to address performance issues. Now canned responses, macros show up at a lightning speed apart not being launched on the second line or dozens others.
- Rename "Deleted" view to "Trash"
- Restrict editing user's (author) email on the right sidebar in user section
- Disable public profiles for OS unless feedback module is activated
- Allow agents to see the "Trash" view and restore the objects. Still only Admins allowed completed delete objects from the "Trash" view
- Add a note for messages with blocked attachment (previously the system never showed any
- Add "intermediate state" for chats: upon applying macros or changing non-required values, now it no longer drops the values, but it "stashes" them until the agent changes the value of required field or clicks "submit"
- SSO configuration for widgets moved from "Login Plus" application under Widget configuration page
