- Object Activity Log. We introduced unified activity log: we merged change log, mailing log and messages in one view, so eventually we'll get rid of separate popup "change log", "mailing log" and we'll use Activity in both chats and tickets.
Tickets. To enable "activity", navigate to filter icon and switch from "Comments & Notes" to "All Activity"
Chats. To enable "activity", simply switch the tab from "Messages" to "Activity"
We plan to expand the number of events being displayed in activity: non-existing-yet events like "moved to trash", SLA breached, CSAT received, etc.

Improvements
- Add option to pick timezone based on location instead of manual offset adjustments
- Add a log, which trigger sends an email template notification. Previously we couldn't identify which trigger performs each action. So now we can look through, which trigger influenced which change exactly. It's first helpful for new "Activity log" so now you can look through based on which trigger the notification has been sent / not sent. It'd be even more helpful to upcoming Triggers improvements. Stay tuned!
- Add sorting of messages by deletion date in Trash view.
- Remove inline image size limit.
