Autofixa User Guide
Autofixa is the fastest-growing marketplace dedicated to automotive parts. From independent dealerships to major manufacturers, retailers to brands, an ever-increasing number of automotive parts suppliers are discovering the value of selling with Autofixa.
1.Account setup
The account setup is standard, all tables are used in the account section. There is a specific table called Account Storesome where we need to add the credentials for the account
The needed credentials are : UsernamePassword
Endpoint
All are provided by Autofixa and are for the specific account that we are setting up.
An important thing to mention is that once we set up the Shipping templates in the account table, we also need to MAP them in Account Storesome → Account Storesome Shipping Services.
It is important to map them correctly by Shipping name and Service type
2. Products
We are sending the updates to the MP by SKU.
In order to list the product, we need to have the product status = “Awaiting creation” and List/Update the whole item = pending. After successfully listing the product, the product status will change to “Product published”.
There is a new table named item_account_storesome where we store some information, including the Product ID.

3. Orders
The order flow for Autofixa/Storesome is pretty standart one. We download the order with all the information in it, there is no acceptance whatsoever.The order is downloaded with status “Ready for Shipping” and marketplace status “Pending”. Once the order gets shipped, both statuses will change to “Shipped”.
At this moment, we have no functionality to create refunds from Hemi to Autofixa/Storesome, instead they are done directly on the marketplace. We can download refunds from the MP once they are created there.

- get_orders - works every 5 minutes

- download_taxonomy - works once a week, usually Sunday night
- export_taxonomy - works every 30 minutes
- download_product_ids - works every 5 minutes

- listing_update - works every 5 minutes
