CSS Compilation
The current way to compile CSS from SCSS files is outdated and unusable. We will be implementing a new solution that can be maintained and be usable by everyone. In order to do that and not loose all manual changes in the CSS we will need to compile all SCSS files in different directories. The dev that handles this will check for missing CSS changes in the SCSS files after compile, as best as possible, and after that everyone should keep in mind that styles may be missing from the old CSS files and check for these changes.
