Product Multi Record View

Here the things get interesting and we are adding many different features and options for the user. If the user click on the image or the title we want to lead the to the detailed product view.

In the multi record view we want to have additional column called Channel where we are displaying all channels for which the product already have listings. Again in front of the title we want to have a thumbnail of the main image if there is no main image we need to prepare a dummy image saying “No Image” for example but we do not want to break the structure if Main Image is missing.

When we click on one or more than one product we gonna show the action bar at the bottom of the page which gives additional options for the user like: Clear Selection - deselect all products and hide the action bar Create Listing - show the transformation modal Edit - Open the bulk edit modal Actions - show the list of the available actions to be performed on the product/s Flags - show the list of the available flags which can be used for the product/s

We are adding the action on the product multi record view as well which are: Update Quantity - If clicked it will set Update Quantity = Pending for all product listings Update Price - If clicked it will set Update Price = Pending for all product listings List Update The Whole Item - If clicked it will set List Update The Whole Item = Pending for all product listings End Item - If clicked it will set End Item = Pending for all product listings End Listing - If clicked it will set End Listing = Pending for all product listings

Please note any actions performed on the product affect all product`s listings!

We are adding the protect flags on the product multi record view as well which are: Close - If clicked it will set Closed = Yes for all product listings Protect Price - If clicked it will set Protect Price = Yes for all product listings Protect Quantity - If clicked it will set Protect Quantity = Yes for all product listings Protect The Whole Item - If clicked it will set Protect the Whole Item = Yes for all product listings

Please note any protect flags performed on the product affect all product`s listings!

If we click on the new Channel we want to show a pop up with all existing listings for the specific product where we give even more information for each listing like stock, price, status etc. From there we want to have additional button called “Manage Listing” which will redirect us to the product single record view under the Listing tab.

While we are in the single record view of the product we still have the option for multiple listing selection

Which will give the user the option to perform any action only on the selected listings

After each action or Flag we will have information screen or confirmation screen which will give the user additional details of what has been actioned or a confirmation step to make sure he is not doing something wrong.

Both screen should be shown right after the action or flag is clicked.

Confirmation screen will be applicable for: End Item - here we give the user input feature to specify the end item reason.

End Listing

Close - here we give the input feature to the user to specify the Close Reason

While the information screens they will just popup without any confirmation required and will be available for: Update Price

List Update The Whole Item

Protect Price

Protect Quantity

Protect The Whole Item
