Create New Listing

Summary of Changes: (The purpose of this table is to keep traceability and Product team to highlight the things that were changed into the scope, based on comments or discussions)

The are couple of ways to create a listing within Hemi. It can be via API, via import or even via marketplace integration. Our focus here is how to create a listing directly from the Hemi UI.

We must have a product created in order to create a listing and there are two ways we can create a listing.

Create New Listing

Add listing during product creation

In the actual product creation flow - Create New Product on the final step we ask the user if they also want to add the listing for the product

On the final step we also ask the user if want to create a listing for the product or just save the product. The listing can be added again manually or using the new product transformation tool. If the user follow the manual listing creation we add a fourth step within the same wizzard

Where the user can input all the listing information.

Once the data is populate and the product and listing creation is confirmed we will have confirmation screen

Which ask the user to save the listing only or save and publish the listing (Save with status List Update The Whole Item = Pending)

If the user go with the Product Transformation we add fourth and fifth step within the same wizzard

On the final step we ask the user if they want to just “Save”the listing or “Save & Publish” which will create the listing and set List Update The Whole Item = Pending

Using the Back button we can navigate through the pages where if we click on the X icon we expect to close the whole wizard and do not store any product or listing. Thus we want to have extra confirmation step when closing the wizard

Also on every Back button we want to have another confirmation window

Add listing for a Product

If we have already added a product but we want to add listing we can do this from the Product View directly on the Listing Tab. There will be two cases one if there no added listings at all:

And second if we have already added some listing but we want to add another one

In both cases the Add Listing button should open the popup which asks the user how to create the listing:

Add listings in bulk

On the product multi record view if the user select any product we want to give the option for bulk listing creation

The new option should be available only on this screen in the action bar called Create Listing

Once the user click on the new action we will open the automated listing creation which will allow the user to create or update listings in bulk based on the product raw data and the mapped Hemi Category which is mandatory a pop up will be displayed with the listings transformation settings.
