Digital Journey

Note: Both pictures are applicable for Case 1 & Case 2;

Case 1: There are no new notifications / login for the very first time:

Notifications can be accessible at the top right corner of the screen.

The case 1 describes when user login for the very first time. If user click on bell button, user will see an empty pop up with some text inside.

The case 1 describes when user has login but there are no new notifications. The important here is user is able to see the notifications into the notification center as follow:

  1. Health notifications - will be visible during session only;
  2. Alert & System notifications - will be visible during session & then will be stored in a table, which can be accessed from “see all“ button;

Case 2: There are notifications into the notification center & once we receive notifications:

The case 2 describes when user has received notifications. Notifications can be accessible at the top right corner of the screen.

Phase 1 shows the possible ways for indicating there are new notifications; For the purpose of the MVP, we will proceed only with simple, visual indicator without numbers in it. Also, when user click on the bell outlined button, the notification center modal will be opened and we will have 10 notifications (to the middle of the screen)

Phase 2 describes the ways how we can distinguish the read from unread notifications. For the purpose of MVP we will proceed with different (faded) background for unread notifications.

When new notification arrived, while the notification center is opened it will be placed on top of the other notifications;

Phase 3 shows the action buttons that we would want to implement and the user could interact with.

Phase 4 shows how users can interact with each notification.

Phase 5 - Postponed for next meeting
