Manual Export Step 1 TYPE

This WF represent the case when user has clicked on “Create new“ button, located into the menu in Export section.

We would want to have an option to visualize each table and its slave tables. For example, if we choose type export = Orders, we would want to have visualized (in step 2) all fields related to Orders (order item, order payment, Order item lines, order claims);

TBD if it will be part of the MVP!!!: To have an option to create an advanced exports (To combine tables from Products & Orders).Using something like a pop up in which we could see each tables and from this pop up user could choose Order, Payment, Order Item, Order item lines, Product, Bundle; Product Account. If user select Order & Product Account, all relations between these tables will be highlighted and all possible fields to be visualized in Query step;

Using group rights: If user select Products, to visualized a list with predefined selected tables (for each table we will have a check box in order to select it). There will be a tables which won’t be preselected(or disabled), such as marketplace specific tables. Using “group rights“, we could be able to control which tables to be visible for each user and we could give an option to users to make more specific exports.

Products

For the products type export we would like to include the following tables which are our minimum: Products Product Account Product Custom Fields Bundle For all other tables like connector tables and marketplace specific tables we would like to make additional logic and for example if we have active Amazon and eBay accounts to include them Product Account eBay and Product Account Amazon in the list of tables. The same logic we would like to follow for the different connectors we have and if we have an active connector to include the relevant tables likes Product Shopify, Product Account Magento2 etc.

Orders

For the orders type export we would like to include the following tables which are our minimum: Orders Product in Order Order Item Line Bundle Order Payment Order Shipment Order Claim Order Acknowledgement Order Error Emails Invoices Label Requests For all other tables like connector tables and marketplace specific tables we would like to make additional logic and for example if we have active Amazon and eBay accounts to include them Orders eBay and Orders Amazon in the list of tables. The same logic we would like to follow for the different connectors we have and if we have an active connector to include the relevant tables likes Magento2 Orders, Orders At Last, Product In Order eBay, Product in Order Mangeto2 etc.

For the product location quantity type export we would like to include the following table: Location Quantities

Product Item and Variation Specifics

For this export we want to get only some specific fields from Product Accounts and Products which are: Products > SKU Product Accounts > Item Specifics Product Accounts > Variation Specifics Product Accounts > Variation Group
