Bug Fixes

  • Filter with non-business hours or calendar hours couldn't be selected in the analytics reports (Enterprise package);
  • Fixed issue when an agent reassigned a chat dialog or changed any custom field on a chat page in the agent interface;
  • Fixed issue occurred when an agent switched his availability status (Enterprise package);
