Improvements
- Analytics: added ability to analyze metrics by requests;
- Email Templates: administrator can customize header and footer of email notifications;
- Email Templates: added the link in "Satisfaction Survey" template which leads the user to the page with integrated chat widget;
- User Interface: active tab is highlighted in the user interface.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed issue with SSO login and custom social login;
- Agents couldn't convert topics into tickets;
- Topics of the main forum were displayed in the feedback list on the additional forum (Enterprise package);
- Fixed multiple issues when agents perform the actions with topics in the user interface;
- Object type is added as a filter and grouping option in reports if only Help Desk solution is enabled;
- Fixed minor issue with an empty column in predefined reports if only Help Desk solution is enabled;
- A report with "Task: Responsible" condition included requests with closed tasks;
- The scroll didn't work when the administrator managed reports from the report page grouped by any parameter;
- The wrong sorting parameter was shown on the full topic page in the user interface;
- Fixed minor localization issues.
