HubSpot is a universal CRM tool that gives sales, marketing, and customer service teams one place to organize, track and nurture leads and customers.
Integration with HubSpot allows the support team to view HubSpot contact details, create new contacts and notes based on customers' requests right inside the UseResponse agent interface.
To get it to work, you need to connect your HubSpot account with UseResponse instance.
To connect your HubSpot account, please enable HubSpot in Administration » Applications and click Connect. Allow permissions to HubSpot app.
Now you will have HubSpot icon to be used to view contact, move to HubSpot the author of the request or move request itself there.
After successful connection there will be available the following options by clicking on HubSpot icon on request page at the top right:
- Create HubSpot Contact - to create a new contact from UseResponse requester account, click HubSpot icon on ticket, topic or chat page and click on relative button;
- View Contact Details - to view contact details who was created from the UseResponse instance, click HubSpot icon in the top right corner and contact information will be displayed at the right panel if such contact exists in the HubSpot system;
- Create Notes - new notes can be created from UseResponse tickets and topics along with further discussions inside them. On the ticket/topic page click on HubSpot icon and choose relative option. If you see option to create HubSpot contact option, click on the button first and only then create note from the request. All further comments from the linked ticket/topic will be moved to HubSpot note automatically.
