In this release we've added check on PHP version to be installed minimum 5.4.x
- Better full text search on Knowledge Base (articles and faqs)
- Help Desk: subscribers on tickets got notification on there own comments;
- Adding FAQs: fixed toolbar in WYSIWYG that limited formatting of new FAQs;
- SSO: if it was not installed, agents got crash reports on deleting users;
- Attachments on comments or topics couldn't be downloaded;
- Some links in email notifications had keys to access tickets for the author and agents.
