All our packages include our logos at the bottom of each page. If you'd like to remove our logos, you can order 'Branding Removal' while purchasing only the Enterprise package. Pricing calculator doesn't include the price of Branding Removal in the Enterprise package.
When purchased the self-hosted package, you need to take a new license.key and update it in your installation.
