UseResponse goes global and can now speak your language. Now you can organize support to users that covers about 50% of all earth population.
5+ Built-in Languages
We've prepared 5 build-in languages for self-hosted and cloud package that have 100% of translations and can be switched in Administration - Languages. Following Languages are available: English, Russian, French, Spanish, German.
Collective Translation Tool
Our community grows on monthly basis, and we would like to bring more languages on board, so we've prepared collective translation tool. Now anyone can advise translation for almost 2000 expressions in the system.
In order to use collective translation tool, you need to have account within our system.
Our further priority languages that need attention are: Czech, Hungarian, Italian, Brazilian, Portuguese, Chinese and Japanese. But you can advise us adding your language.
Last 3 months showed us the interest of Asian market and we've decided to launch our first language in global and biggest market in the world - China.
Our new version of website has Chinese (simplified) version and system is on Chinese (traditional). You are more than welcome to contribute using our Collection Translation tool.
