New Features & Bug Fixes- 2.3.4 is live
After 2.3.2 and 2.3.4 update, we've decided to bring some things into the system which we missed to provide support easier and that were claimed by our community here, here and here.
System now works better in IE, as we've fixed several bugs in IE 8,9. Nothing major in bug fixes, but here are some of little tweaks we've done:
- Remove Official Answer - Representatives couldn't delete it. They could just update it by sending email optionally. Now they can delete it and replace it with their own by clicking also on envelope icon to send notifications to all subscribers;
- Hide Users List - Now users could be hidden for specific roles. Just uncheck "See Users" in Administration->Roles (chosen role) and they won't see user statistics and won't be able to get on people list page;
- Change Status - when adding comment/off.answer, you can update status of the topic.

Upgrade Instructions: use built-in Auto-Upgade tool under Administration->Modules.
Note: if you were overriding header in your theme with custom header, please take from application/templates/layout/header.phtml the following code and replace it in your theme header.phtml located in themes folder.

Further Plans
Now we focus on 3.0 release more to improve UseResponse in all aspects of using, implementing and organizing support-feedback center in more reliable and easier way not only to owners, but simple users. We don't want to give dates or disclose any information about release. Please make decision on purchasing software based on current features.
When I try to use auto updater I always get a message "Invalid license key". Actually the auto update had never worked for me, I always had to copy the files manually. I was ignoring it but now I decided to let you know about it. Is there any information I can provide to help fix it?

Could you please take main key on licenses page and upload it to application/configs and try auto-update.

So you've used auto-update in Administration-Modules, it showed you that system is updated?
Could you please check if you can update status of topic when you add comment in your community?
Also try cleaning cache in Administration page
If it won't work, try updating system once more time

Unfortunately nothing worked, I get this screen each time I try to update.
After refreshing there is still 2.3.3. I tried cleaning cache and it didn't change anything. I don't have latest version's features like delete official answer so I am sure the system didn't get updated. Is there any log information I could provide you?

We've updated your system with Auto-Update tool. The problem you couldn't update it, because you entered ftp details of different server :)
