2.3.9 & 2.3.10 Releases - Next big thing is close...
Hello @all,
Today we are releasing 2.3.9 with minor updates of the system.
In general, we've fixed registration with Cyrillic names, moderation module and tweaked queries on user profile page.
Preview releases (2.3.7-2.3.8) also included some minor and major updates for system stability. All details are on official Release Notes page.
What's Next?
The next big thing will be 3.0 update that we are working on...
We are far from even beta to make it live for public usage, but we can share some details about upcoming improvements:
- Rebuilt Architecture - we've totally redeveloped core to make it more flexible and logical and stay with it for years;
- New Approach - rethought collecting feedback system and organizing it easier for official representatives;
- Upcoming features - in general there would be more than 100 improvements, but all new modules will be coming up in the later versions, when 3.0 is polished;
- Redesign - we've spent months on every detail of new design. It won't be totally different, but you'll feel it just how easy it will be to customize homepage and navigate between elements;
- More, more and more improvements that won't be visible to your customers but bring top speed, easy to extend system and, of course, improved branding to match your website.
We have many things to share...We'll give you more details when we are closer to Beta, that is going to be December, 2013

Stas.
I want to double check one things on security. So in the below ticket Erik is the client. He just said, thanks Peter. I can see the internal notes in this thread. I assume that I can see this because I am an admin/agent but Erik the customer would not see my internal comment right?
Thanks

Hi Lee,
Internal Notes are seen only to support agents and are hidden from customers list on public community and not generated in the email notifications.
So Erik as a customer won't see any of internal notes.

Thanks Stas. Just wanted to double check.
One more question.
In v4.0 is the age column detail able to be displayed in hh:mm so we can get to an average open time for tickets? Right now if you want to look at all completed tickets to see what they average closing time was you can’t as the age is showing 1 week, 3 weeks, etc.
Thanks
