Is there a setup fee on UseResponse?

There is no setup fee for Cloud users. Just create a trial and add agents later.

If you don't have a chance to install the self-hosted UseResponse on your server, we can do it for you. You'll need to:

  1. Order the installation credit;
  2. Create database;
  3. DB username with all privileges to the database;
  4. Submit a request to [email protected] with all the above information and FTP access.

Though, it's pretty easy to install the system with a built-in installer without any setup fee.
