No. You are not allowed to brand the product as your own. You are also not allowed to resell it. But you can offer it to your clients and charge for additional services like customization, localization, etc.
All should be aware that they are purchasing UseResponse unless Branding Removal is purchased. It doesn't mean that the system could be white-labeled!
