Using System at Multiple Devices Under One Account

UseResponse provides access to your account from multiple devices, but you can't login simultenously under one account at your multiple devices.

Each time you go to another device to manage support requests you would be advised to login, unless you enter the system under another device.

Using your account by two different people is prohibited and would make either of you to be logged out simultenously when another user tries to authenticate at your account.

You can though use system with desktop and mobile interface conveniently
