Would it be possible to set a widget without the first page with the title only? I would like to have a fully customizable form from the very first page
The reason we have made first page with the title field only is that users should receive self-service first from your knowledge base and already created questions in community. This way, you would get less load on support and users can get answers instantly.
Fully customizable form is possible, but it would be seen in the next stage. You can set new fields for contact form or feedback form in Administration - Properties
