Spam Filters

Hi,

please edit your automation rule and add ban words separately for "Topic: Body/Details" and "Topic: Subject" conditions.

We have added some key words to both the subject and body spam filters but, while the subject filters are working as intended the body filters aren't doing anything and users can still post banned words in them. Is there anything else we can do?

we've banned both the words viagra and pharmacy, and in a test post we were able to place "viagra pharmacy FREE" in the body of a new post.

I found out the issue in your trigger.

Please select "Match Any" option for conditions and the trigger will be launched both for subject and topic body.
