Saving drafts of unfinished replies

There are four use cases for saving drafts of incomplete replies that would considerably improve our workflow.


  • Reply is almost finished, then then the agent notices that one important piece of information is missing which can't be retrieved instantly.
  • Reply is almost finished, but the agent is unsure if the information provided is correct and would like to ask a colleague.
  • Preparing responses outside the regular business hours.
  • Training of new agents, screening of their proposed replies.

we are glad to announce that UseResponse provides an option to save internal notes as drafts of replies.

This improvement would be available within the upcoming release.
