integrate with CRM
It would be nice if we can integrate your platform with CRMs. So when customer submit idea /request, we can see it in customer card somehow. We are using https://bitrix24.com in particular.
Integration with salesforce is supported inside UseResponse. You need to enable Application in Admin area. More details in the following article Salesforce Integration
