Hi! Another idea, is has Instagram integration, for create a ticket from private messages and comments.
Thanks for sharing idea. We'd love to make integration but there is no official API.
We'll either consider adding it not officially for enterprise customers or wait for official integration.
Should consider it soon.
Even if you add it, no officially, I will upgrade to enterprise.
Zendesk has a third party app for this: https://www.zendesk.com/apps/support/instagram-channel/
I like that third party app, but for the rest, I prefer Useresponse over Zendesk.

It's 3rd party integration and most likely they do it not officially. But we'll consider it for upcoming releases.
