Collecting emails for notifcations and merge them
As i set the email notifications op once day, it would be nice as if i get one email with a list of information instead of all emails from every single new item.

This option is not required as all email notifications could be turned off and instead you can use build in Notification Center for Support Agents to see all notifications for the day.

I have in mind to make it with the help of Email Digest that will be sent on daily basis for agents about all new/updated topics and tickets in system.
Share your thoughts about other effective approaches how to make it work.
