It's crucial for companies to distribute assignments based on business hours, but the team can work on flexible hours so business hours profiles don't always work.

Each support agent should have the ability to check in - check out.

Hello,

We're glad to announce a new option for your agents to mark their availability manually.

Now your team or certain departments can use the following attendance modes:

  • Strict - with a rigid timetable;
  • Manual - agents check in and check out to log the operation time;
  • Mixed - agents work according to strict working hours but have some flexibility to change their availability if needed.

The option is available within Enterprise plan in the latest version of UseResponse.
