Add custom property field type "textarea" for multiline values

Could you please explain the use case for that? As anything could be written in either description or in input?

There is no to create one more field type as custom input or topic description should be enough for such purposes.

No Textarea option for Properties/Custom Fields is very disappointing, I mean it seems like a no brainer to have this functionality.

I realize there is a "private text" button on the toolbar, but we should be able to create a multi-line textarea object, and the obvious use case for that is Internal Notes, which would obviously be set as Private visibility when creating it. I could think of a dozen other use cases for it, but Internal Notes seems like the most obvious one.

Internal notes for agents are planned for the next releases (it's the same as private comments to be used by agents), but there is no use case to bring text area to be used by users as they already have description field.

So any agent in the next releases would be able to use internal notes + reminders on them as we'll combine that into one feature.

That sounds like a great idea, just wish it was in the current release, of course? How far off are we talking on future release? Months or a year?
