Can the features of UseResponse be used a la carte?

For example, can you use only the feedback tool and not knowledge base, help desk, and live chat?

Hello Meghan,


Yes, you can switch on and off required features in the administration area. So if you want just feedback feature, you can go to Administration - Feedback and switch on and off required types. For example, leave just ideas in your community like it works in cPanel Community

Could you please clarify what do you mean by preview the feedback module?


By default, you have all features on. So you can use feedback module right away. Create new topics, manage settings in Administration - Feedback. You can also manage custom statuses in Administration - Statuses for your ideas, questions, problems.

Integrate widget on any page.

The best way to walk you through the system would be following Getting Started Guide.
