do you know of a simpler way to unsubscribe from a ticket as a subscription or subscribe to a ticket?I can not look at the whole agent list in the Subscriptions window ...

only triggers can be used to subscribe a certain agent to a new ticket.
But if you want to subscribe/unsubscribe user to an existing ticket, you can do it only manually at the moment.
We have a ticket in our roadmap to add Subscribe option in bulk actions.

A simple toggle checkbox/button in ticket view would be great!
We have started working on action bar in agents interface, so expect to get it in 5.0 release to be live soon.
