Ability to see the ticket creator user, in case of use another author function

Hi, is it possible to show in changelog of topics/tickets the employee who created the article? In case of use "another author" function the ticket is created in name of customer and the users info will lost.

For questions to creator this info is helpfull...

Hello Jens,


It's a tricky option to be implemented in our environment. I don't think it would be available in 4.0 release, as we don't have plans for this.

As I can see now, when agent logs ticket on behalf of the user and sets him as an author, agent can specify that he is responsible or subscribed, unless it would be defined by ticket rules.

Maybe we'll integrate some option in Automation Process for this.
