Newest to oldest for client view
Is there a way to reverse the order that clients see the comments on a ticket or post, for example i have a really long ticket open with the great UR Support team, so every time I long to see an update I have to scroll down a lot - it would be great to be able to have the lastest comment update first, and not have to scroll, I have lost updated as the system truncates after a set number.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, especially the issue with missed updates caused by message truncation.
We've filed a feature request to add sorting options (Sort by: Oldest / Newest) for tickets has been escalated and is currently under review. I'll be happy to share more information as soon as there's an update.
