widget not support saml login

Dear customer service,

Our system are using Saml2 for login, but the widget doesn't support Saml login.

Is there setting to enable Saml login when user submit ticket through widget?

One clarification - do you mean that if user is not logged in yet, he should be forwarded to login first with saml credentials right inside widget?

I've converted this into pubic idea.

We have reviewed your request and it's not that quickly to integrate SAML form within widget. We would consider adding this option in the next release.
