Where can I define the order of the response type on the main page

Archived Alexander K. 12 years ago

Is there any way to define what response type to show first on the frontend, current default is "Share an idea" - but I want "Ask a question", then "Report a problem" after that "Ask a question".

Tried to change it in the database, order field does not seem to be taken into account.

Currently this feature is not available. We have plans to integrate managament of responses on home page + integrate urgent responses to be placed as featured on home page.

As of now, there are no solid plans regarding it, but it should be in the next 3 releases.

I would like to see this feature as well. (tried to +1 this question but the link is not working - is that because the question is marked as answered?)

Hey Stas!

I'm confused on the official answer on this one.

We're talking about the "Type of response", note the respsonses themselves.

So, to clarify: I would like the block of "Questions" to show first, then "Ideas" for example.

Please advise if this is possible. :-)

Thanks!Dan

There is a related question to change types priority in the system. Please refer to this topic

We've moved with some more options by tweaking Responses Settings: types ordering, and some more filter options on home page that will be done in 2.2 release. See screenshot below:

And it stayed gone when changing back to "New"
