When pasting information from word which includes colours/tabs and spacing all the formatting is lost.

Yes, it will be lost, as you use BBEditor and it's not complete WYSIWYG

We didn't want to built or integrate complex system, but it should be more handy in formatting and provide basic tools to provide support.

We don't have plans to incorporate it in future, as support and comments should be hand-written, because we differ from standard forum and think that it won't be required.

If anything need to be pasted it can be formatted inside or attached as txt or doc

Ok thats fair enought not being able to copy from word, but its not possible to format text using colours in your editor. This would be very useful for us.

Agree, but you better implement it on your end, if you need it urgently, because we don't have plans, but will try to find time and make it if we or others consider if it's necessary for the system.

We just want to keep system simple, though powerful. Coloring is something more specific and with open code, you can do addition to Text Area without problems bringing new element and decorator on the page.
