Upgrade to 2.3.11
The manual upgrade instructions do not seem to be relevant when upgrading from an older version. It tells me to a folder title 2.3.11 from the application folder of the download, but this doesn't exist.
Can you provide instructions on how to upgrade for older versions? I am coming from 2.3.6.

In general you need to upgrade database to 2.3.11 and then go to 3.2.1 version.
If it's ok, follow further instructions
There is also option to purchase upgrade credit from your licenses page and provide us with ftp, so we'll do everything on our own to make sure all your data is migrated correctly, as 3.x is different core and upgrade process is not so easy due to upgraded architecture.
